Project Partners — SEQUA, BMZ, VFI & Fruit of Sustainability

The project brings together BMZ (funder), SEQUA (implementation organisation), VFI German Importers (German partner), Fruit of Sustainability (local partner), and three Pakistani associations — PRGMEA, PSGMEA, and TMA.

Each partner has defined responsibilities: VFI manages the international cooperation and buyer engagement; FOS coordinates on-ground activities, workshops, and association advisor support; associations train and deploy sustainability advisors for their member factories.
